• To improve, within the legislative framework, the shared economic and social rights and interests of Employers and the member associations of the Confederation.

  • To resolve the problems encountered by employers, and foremostly the association members associations represented by the Confederation, in economic and social spheres, and to conduct consultative processes before the government in order to respond to various needs and requirements.

  • To facilitate social dialogue and mediation between employers and workers with the goal to ensure strong, balanced, and consistent management of industrial relations through the establishment of labour peace.

  • To contribute towards the growth of production, performance, and competitive capacity.

  • To contribute towards price consistency, development of export, and creation of additional employment.

  • To support vocational and technical education by ensuring proliferation of skilled labour.

  • To support privatization in line with the protection of national interests and augmentation of economic productivity.

  • To advocate a tax system that will lead to an increase in production and employment as well as encourage savings and investments.

  • To support and promote incentive practices in favour of employers.

  • To aim towards contemporary industrialization in keeping with the latest technological developments.

  • To perform activities that are concordant with industrial policies and necessary for the observance of environmental policies and sustainable development.
