OHS Forum Theatre

With the support of the TİSK Microsurgery and Reconstruction Foundation, TİSK held OHS Forum Theatre events through the firm Akademika at enterprises affiliated with the employers’ associations. At OHS Forum Theatre events employees observe a series of risky behaviours in a theatrical setting and later place themselves in that same setting and experience a series of safe behaviours. The risky behaviours enacted in the play are opened to discussion at the forum. Following the discussion, the members of the audience and the cast exchange roles and the audience members enact safe behaviours. As part of this programme so far, events have been held in approximately 130 workplaces with 15000 participants.
